This are obvious and simple tips but not everyone may know or sometimes even forget
fallow this steps to make sure your files end on safety customers or your credits to safety sellers. (:

Tips on how to sale files in safety (Seller)

1] ALWAYS make sure that the FSF client user name is the same one at IMVU
2] Check if the user haves a catalog and if is necessary you can check reviews left by others.
3] Keep a list of everything you sale and to who.
4] Make sure to do your rules and to make them clear big letters if is needed.
5] If you suspect file theft or anything suspicious CONTACT A MODERATOR do not make things public + drama.
6] Check the warning bar on the user ordering. (Warning bars info click)
7] (OPTIONAL) If you don't wish several people owning the file don't make the sale amount big make fair quantities like 5/5 or 10/10 if you need to price higher do so the less people owning the file the less possibility of theft also will be more easy to keep track.
8] If you see the user is new to IMVU or is a recently made account you have all the right to ask them questions (Do it in private) or to simply cancel the order if you feel uncomfortable selling to them.
9] Always watermark your work and images people can easily cut parts of the image and use them.

Tips on how to buy files in safety (Buyer)

1] Always make sure that the seller user name is the same one at IMVU.
2] Remember to read everything specially rules before buying.
3] If you suspect Graphics/texture/meshes theft or anything suspicious CONTACT A MODERATOR do not make things public + drama
4] Check the warning bar on the user you are ordering from. (Warning bars info click)
5] Have any question regarding the files always ask.
6] If you sent the credits but never got your files contact a moderator asap.
7] If the user opened a shop but they didn't read the (Selling files rules click) and you don't see approval by a mod DO NOT PLACE YOUR ORDER.
8] If something is very cheap and the file looks familiar ask the seller questions (Do it In private) or contact a moderator.

Remember to always contact a moderator if anything, do not play one.
